Our Internet Radio Linking Project (IRLP) node 3867 that is on our 146.7 MHz repeater has died. The computer has reached the end of its life though the node will be moved onto another computer. It will be off for a couple days but as soon as we get another computer for this project, it will be back on the air. This computer has lived a long life and decided to retire right in the middle of operation. The 443.3 MHz repeater still has its 24 hour connection to the WIN System.
My personal simplex IRLP node on 445.95 MHz near Choctaw is still working fine as well. In case you have not kept up with our Del City Amateur Radio Society, the web site has changed to http://www.delcityars.com. We wanted to maintain our site but our old hosting account was too expensive. We just turned it into a WordPress blog with a static front page. It is nice to be able to afford keeping it on line. Hopefully we’ll get 146.7 MHz back online again. Check back them from time to time.
