Last night I was coming home from Mercy Hospital from visiting with my grand mother when I passed this sign.  It looks like they have renamed the stretch of Interstate 40 (I-40), starting at the Ft. Smith Junction Eastward to Harrah, to the Freedom Freeway.  This caught my eye because it is just one mile away from where I usually exit to go to my house in Del City.  When I got home, I looked up on the Internet and found this story on the Tinker AFB web site.  I think it looks nice enough and with the new look of the area, it cannot hurt.  This sign is right next to the Scott Street exit 154 in Eastern Oklahoma City.
